Just like you, we’re just a group of individuals who devoted volunteering our personal time to help save lives in Korea. Please complete the form below. FOSTERING OPPORTUNITIES IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Our foster program is open to residents of Los Angeles County who are experienced in taking care of canines (dogs). Our rescued dogs have gone through so much pain and suffering and looking for foster(s) who is experienced only. As mentioned previously, Joey & Bailey Foundation is operated by a group of volunteers.

Unfortunately, unlike the other rescue organizations, we cannot commit to providing our fosters with the necessary medical expenses, supplies, and kibbles. But rest assured as we only send healthy dogs who are ready to travel internationally. Presently, we’re spending our personal funds to take care for expenses to take care of the recent rescues and are overwhelmed with all the expenses.

The typical time commitment for fostering is 1-3 months. We’re known to take our time in finding the right family for our rescues.

As mentioned previously, since Joey & Bailey Foundation are operated by volunteers just like you and we presently do not fundraise. If you're volunteering, you will be responsible for all expenses accrued during while you're volunteering for us. Are you okay with this?

If you're fostering, we will provide one bag of kibble and a Martingale Collar for their safety.

Liability Waiver for Volunteer

I desire to work as a volunteer for Joey & Bailey Foundation and engage in the activities related to being a volunteer for picking up, transporting, and/or fostering (the "Activities"). The Volunteer hereby freely, voluntarily, and without duress executes this Release under the following terms: 1. Release and Waiver. Volunteer does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Joey & Bailey and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, that arise or may hereafter arise from Volunteer's Activities with Joey & Bailey. VOLUNTEER UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS RELEASE DISCHARGES JOEY & BAILEY FROM ANY LIABILITY OR CLAIM THAT THE VOLUNTEER MAY HAVE AGAINST JOEY & BAILEY WITH RESPECT TO ANY BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM VOLUNTEER'S ACTIVITIES WITH JOEY & BAILEY WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF JOEY & BAILEY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS OR OTHERWISE. VOLUNTEER ALSO UNDERSTANDS THAT JOEY & BAILEY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR OR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR OTHER ASSISTANCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL, HEALTH, OR DISABILITY INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF INJURY OR ILLNESS. 2. Medical Treatment. Volunteer does hereby release and forever discharge Joey & Bailey Foundation from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with the Volunteer's Activities with Joey & Bailey Foundation. 3. Assumption of the Risk. The Volunteer understands that the Activities may involve work that may be hazardous to the Volunteer, including, but not limited to, lifting pet travel crates up to 50 lbs, bathing the dog, walking the dog, dog sitting the dogs, feeding the dogs, and transportation to and from work sites. Volunteer hereby expressly and specifically assumes the risk of injury or harm in the Activities, and releases Joey & Bailey Foundation from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the Activities. 4. Insurance. The Volunteer understands that, except as otherwise agreed to by Joey & Bailey Foundation in writing, Joey & Bailey Foundation does not carry or maintain health, medical, or disability insurance coverage for any Volunteer. Each Volunteer is expected and encouraged to obtain his or her own medical or health insurance coverage. 5. Photographic Release. Volunteer does hereby grant and convey unto Joey & Bailey Foundation all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Joey & Bailey Foundation during the Volunteer's Activities with Joey & Bailey Foundation, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. 6. Other. Volunteer expressly agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California, and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Volunteer also agrees that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release which shall continue to be enforceable.
