UPDATE ON SIEHUNG DOGMEAT FARM RESCUE IN KOREA
Rescuers will now begin demolishing all cages at the farm today as you’re reading this. Last two dogs were removed from this farm. We received many messages today pertaining to this particular rescue. Some of you may be upset and angry about the dog meat trade in Korea. We’re more angry than you are so please do not send us messages and give us your opinions on dog meat trade or how the Korean government is corrupted. You’re slowing down this whole rescue operations and doesn’t bring any value to the table. If you’re mad at the world, please take it out on your significant other, not us! We got work to do.
Also, please don’t bother tagging large organizations. In the past, we found a large organization using our photos to raise funds and we received nothing. Please do your research prior to donating. Find out what percentage of your donated funds are used towards the actual rescue. Ledger sheet will be nice! No rescue organizations are shutting down any dogmeat farms in Korea.
Ways you can help:
Donate via GoFundMe page. It’s the safest because it’s us three that’s managing the funds.
Share and tag your local rescue organizations if they have room to take some of the dogs in and help contribute.
We believe in transparency of all donations received. All donations and expenses will be managed by Annie and Ivy. Just like the previous fundraising we did for Yansang, we will post receipts and invoices on our site. Your funds will be used to cover for medical expenses only. All funds received via GoFundMe is managed by us three girls and we will be paying the vet directly!
This will be the last rescue for Ivy before she moves back to the states. Thank you in advanced for helping us save previous lives. Please read the full story on this rescue on our NEWS page on our site.
